you do not comply to the above criteria you may wish to still fill
out the form as all parties must attain a 100 point qualifying
criteria to be approved and a Cash Now Customer Care representative
will contact you if a loan is available to you. All transactions are
able to be completed via fax and email with funds deposited
immediately upon approval or by the next business day depending on
who you are banking with. We at all times protect the
confidentiality of your personal information.

As this is an Unsecured Payday Loan or Cash
Advance you must be able to substantiate your future Income.
You must have a current tax file number (TFN) and be a minimum
of eighteen years of age.
You must have a current banking account in your name with a
minimum of the last three months bank statements.
You must be receiving regular income (RI) banked into your
current bank account for a minimum of three months.
You must have lived in your current residence for six months or your
previous residence for two years.
Your overdrawn occurrences on your current bank account in the
last three months must be no more than one.
You may only borrow up to a maximum of 30% of your net regular
income the first time you borrow.
You must have either a current drivers license or a passport as
well as one utility bill in your name at your residence.
If you have been bankrupt, you must have been discharged longer
the one year.
You may only borrow until the date of
your next regular income.
