Our Corporate Extranet Platform provides secure access to confidential information for cross office work flow and document management. Amongst other capabilities, it provides a venue for short term project file storage and sharing. Updated project documentation will be available within the extranet throughout the duration of the project. This is not a permanent archive of documentation system. Once a project is delivered, information pertaining to the project will be archived and become unavailable at this location. To ensure you have access to project documentation after the handoff phase, please save copies of relevant documentation to your computer, back it up on your office LAN server, and provide a master copy to your office operational manager. If you need access to documents that you do not have permission to for any reason, those permissions may be temporally granted to you by your office operational manager, or if you require access to the global Extranet or the Extranet outside of your primary office, that permission can only be obtained by contacting the Operational Director at the home office.
